Glaucous Sedge
Carex flacca, Gaucous Sedge. One of the larger sedges in the Redmire area, the Glaucous Sedge prefers boggy ground. Flowers in spring. The name 'glaucous' refers to the bluish-green colour of the underside of the leaves.
