Yarrow
Achillea millefolium, Yarrow. A common herbaceous plant growing in a variety of habitats from lower moorland to the river bank. Flowers in early summer in large flower heads. Flower colour varies from white to pink. A number of garden cultivars are from this species, probably due to the variability of its flower colour.
